About HaulKing
One obsession:
cars that arrive perfect.
HaulKing is an owner-operated prestige towing business built on a simple idea. The person who answers the phone should be the person responsible for your car.
Why HaulKing exists.
Most trucks are built to move any car. Ours aren't. It says Lowered & Prestige Vehicle Specialist on the side because that is the entire job, and because the cars we get called for are the ones other operators quietly turn down.
The difference is mostly in the angle. Our trays lay down to four degrees, which sounds like a small number until you have watched a splitter fold or a sill get dragged over a steep ramp. At four degrees a slammed car, a bagged car sitting on its bump stops, or something with a nose that was never designed to leave a workshop, goes on and comes off with nothing touching. Everything else follows from that: soft straps through the wheels only, nothing hooked or chained to bodywork, and a photo record before it loads and after it lands.
The work that keeps us honest is the trade work. Prestige dealerships and specialist workshops around Sydney call us for their own stock, and they do not get sentimental about suppliers. If a car arrives marked, you do not get called again. That is a good standard to be held to, and it is the same one a private owner gets, whether the car is a concours piece or a weekend GT3.
Every job runs through the owner. There is no dispatcher reading a script and no subcontractor you have never heard of turning up in an unmarked truck. The person who quotes the job is the person who straps your car down, and the phone gets answered at three in the morning because it is the same phone.
None of that is checkable from a website, which is why we wrote down the seven questions worth asking any transporter — including ours — and answered every one of them in public.
The HaulKing standard
- Straight answers: clear price and honest arrival time before a truck moves
- Condition report: your vehicle photographed before loading and after delivery
- Careful loading: low-angle trays, soft straps through the wheels, padded points
- Live updates: you know where your car is from pickup to drop-off
The fleet
Purpose-specced low-angle tilt trays plus a fully enclosed truck, maintained like the cars they carry. The trays lay down to a 4-degree load angle — that is what lets a slammed or splitter-heavy car go on and off without the nose, sill or underside ever touching. The sides read Lowered & Prestige Vehicle Specialist, because that is genuinely all we do.
We carry on-hook cover for the vehicle while it is in our care, plus public liability. A certificate of currency is available before any job — just ask.
