24/7 emergency
24/7 emergency towing
Breakdowns don't book ahead. A real person answers around the clock, and a truck is moving within minutes, anywhere in Sydney.
The call you make at 2am.
Dead on the M5. A no-start in a shopping centre car park. A flat battery in a basement garage with 1.9 metres of clearance. Whatever the situation, the first thing you get from HaulKing is a person, not a hold queue, and an honest arrival time.
We run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across all of Greater Sydney. Because we're owner-operated, the person who answers is the person who dispatches. There's no call centre relaying messages to a driver who may or may not exist.
What to expect when you call
- Answered around the clock: nights, weekends, public holidays
- Clear price before we roll: no surprise after-hours multipliers invented on the invoice
- Honest ETA: and a message when we're loaded and moving
- Any vehicle: daily drivers get the same careful loading as the exotics
If you're somewhere unsafe, like a motorway shoulder or a blind corner, tell us first. We'll talk you through where to wait and flag the urgency accordingly.
Good to know.
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes. Nights, weekends and public holidays included. The number is answered by the operator, not an answering service.
How fast can you get to me?
It depends where you are and where our trucks are, and we'll tell you honestly on the phone rather than promise a fantasy ETA. Sydney metro response is typically well under an hour.
Is after-hours towing more expensive?
After-hours work carries a fair premium and we quote it up front on the call. The number you hear is the number on the invoice.
My car is stuck in an underground car park. Can you get it out?
Usually, yes. Height-restricted basements are a common callout; depending on clearance we can use low-profile equipment or extract the vehicle to street level for loading. Tell us the height limit when you call.
