HaulKing recovers accident-damaged vehicles across Sydney and delivers them where you choose. Your repairer, your insurer's assessment centre, or home. You are never obligated to use the tow truck that shows up uninvited at a crash scene, and you're entitled to nominate your own.

How we handle an accident tow

  • Straight answers on the phone: where we are, when we'll arrive, what it costs
  • Careful recovery: damaged cars are winched and secured to protect what's still straight
  • Photos at the scene: documented condition before we touch the vehicle, useful for your claim
  • Delivered where you nominate: repairer, assessor or home; we don't steer you to a mate's yard

If the claim is still being sorted, we can store the vehicle securely and move it on once the insurer confirms. One call and it's handled.

Good to know.

Do I have to use the tow truck that arrives at the accident?

No. In NSW you're entitled to choose your own towing operator and where your vehicle is taken (police can direct a tow if the vehicle is blocking traffic). Call us from the scene and we'll take it from there.

Will insurance cover the towing cost?

Comprehensive policies typically cover reasonable towing from an accident scene. We provide an itemised invoice and scene photos that make the claim straightforward.

Where will you take my car?

Wherever you nominate. Your repairer of choice, the insurer's assessment centre, or your home. We don't have deals with panel shops and we don't steer your car anywhere for a kickback.

The car is not driveable and badly damaged. Can you still move it?

Yes. Winch recovery, wheel dollies for seized wheels and careful securing of damaged panels are all standard. We recover the car without adding to the damage.
