Towing in Mascot, done properly

A truck reaches Mascot around the clock, and the person who answers is the person who dispatches.

Local knowledge is the service.

Mascot means the airport: long-stay decks full of cars whose batteries died somewhere over the Pacific, height-limited structures, boom-gate procedures. Send us your level and bay number before you land and the car can be out before your bags are.

Wherever the job sits around O'Riordan Street and the airport approach, the standard doesn't move: soft straps through the wheels, a photo condition report before loading and after delivery, and one operator responsible end to end. Mascot is part of our South Sydney & Airport coverage.

What Mascot calls us for
Airport car-park rescue

Car dead in airport parking? Send your level and bay number before you land. Mascot structures and their boom-gate rules are familiar ground. More on this service.

Underground recovery

Dead cars come out of Mascot's height-limited garages more often than anywhere. Tell us the ceiling height and level when you call. More on this service.

Daily drivers & accidents

The family car gets the same soft straps and condition report as the exotics. In Mascot most of our work is exactly that. More on this service.

Questions

Good to know.

My car won't start in the airport car park. How does the pickup work?

Call or message your level and bay number, ideally before you land. We work within the structures' height limits and boom-gate procedures, and often the car is out before you've cleared baggage.

My Mascot building has a 2.1m height limit. Is that a problem?

It rules out a standard tray driving in, not the recovery itself. We use low-profile gear or bring the car up to street level under control, then load outside.

Do you tow ordinary cars in Mascot, or just the exotics?

Both, with the same discipline. The soft straps and photo condition report don't care what badge is on the bonnet; most of our Mascot work is family cars.
